Aalberts’ surface technologies TempCoat® coatings can be applied to a wide variety of substrates to enhance their performance. Our TempCoat coatings enhance the surface properties of the base material and can offer reduced COF for sliding applications, improved release properties in sticky applications, increased lubricity in metal-to-metal applications and more. Select TempCoat coating systems can be used in food applications and on components that come into direct contact with the human body.
In addition to standard TempCoat® coatings, Aalberts surface technologies offers Hybrid coatings to add wear resistance and texture further enhancing product performance and longevity.
For highly corrosive applications, Aalberts’ has a line of MagnaCoat coatings which can be applied to thicknesses exceeding .080”. These coatings protect base materials from chemical attacks.
